The symbolic sectors that creativity could be expressed in were organized into language, math, art, music, and movement. After 30 picture books that would be used in the program were selected, they were made into slide picture books and 30-session creativity activities were devised. The program for the child in this research developed 30 child activities and 30 slide picture books and then intended to give the teacher\'s guideline. The subjects of the study were 71, 5-year-old children who were attending a kindergarten in Pusan. The expriment group 1 consisted of 18 subjects, participating both in the slide picture books and in the program. The expriment group 2 consisted of 17 subjects only participating in the slide picture books. The expriment group 3 consisted of 18 subjects, just reading the picture books. The rest of them, 18 subjects were selected as a control group. The children who belonged to experiment gruop 1 got 50 minutes-lasting program in the 5 sectors(language, math, art, music, movement) that consisted of play and activities. The method of collecting data was to test pre and post level of subject\'s creativity with the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking-Figural (TTCT-Figural). Statistical methods adapted for data analysis were ANCOVA, Scheffé test, the comparison of effect size, Pearson\'s coeffecient of correlation. As a result of applying the program for improving the creativity, the score of the experiment group 1 was more meaningfully improved than any other group in every constitunents of creativity. In addition, in the case of the effect size, the experiment group 1 was the biggest size in all aspects.
