ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to address the relationships among infants\' attachment, temperament and the early adjustment to day-care center. The participants of the study were 48 12~23 months old infants, their mothers and the infants\' teachers. The instruments were attachment Q-set, Toddler Temperament Scale and the scale for the early adjustment to day-care center. The data were analyzed by SPSS Win 10.0 for the means, Pearson correlations and multiple regressions. As the results, the infants\' attachment security was not a significant predicting variable for their early adjustments to day-care center. In contrast, the infants\' sub categories of temperaments, which were the response strength, the proximity-avoidance, the adaptability were significant predicting variables for the infants\' early adjustments to day-care center.
